At Kong Martial Arts we understand people have life commitments, and need a club that will fit around their lifestyles.
The beginner classes are 45 minutes long, fitness and pad based.
Whatever your goal, let us help you achieve it.
We also have ladies only classes, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Which are open to non members.
