"KICK AND TONE"
Our ladies only sessions are a 45 minute group exercise class held on a Monday.
Due to the classes being quieter, you get more 1:1 time with the instructors.
Ladies classes don't have gradings during lesson time (unlike the beginners)
However, you can do a drop in PAYG grading with the beginners - once every 4 months.
