Diddy & Me Kickboxing - Ages 4-6

Service Description

Diddy & Me is a fun kickboxing class for children aged 4–6, with a parent or carer supporting them throughout the session. The adult acts mainly as a pad holder and training partner, helping their child practise simple kickboxing skills while building confidence, coordination and listening skills. It’s a great class for bonding and enjoying martial arts together.
