Enter through the main school doors, and head straight down the corridor 

Grab our receptionist as soon as you arrive to fill out a medical form

what to bring / wear 

T-Shirt, shorts, bare foot. Anything you'd normally wear to the gym.

Feel free to wear sliders or trainers. Some people train in trainers, but its not preferred due to hindering technique 

Water

Boxing gloves if you own them

Pads if you own them
