Grab our receptionist as soon as you arrive to fill out a medical form

Diddys - Comfortable clothing  (classes are bare foot)

Parents of "Diddy & Me" class - Suitable clothing as you join in

Water

Boxing Gloves if you own them, 

Pads if you own them

Normal Diddy Kongs - Welcome to watch however due to limited space on the benches please arrive without pushchairs 

Parents of Diddy & Me - Join in for the class pad feeding, we ask for a 1:1 ratio, so siblings please bring both parents where possible. Please buy pads after your trial has ended

Diddy Kong - (Coach led session) Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday  - Start time 5.15pm

Diddy & Me - (Parents as pad feeders) Monday - Start time 5:15pm & 6:05pm
